REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Office Management or any related course
- With at least 6 to 1 year of relevant consecutive working experience as a Marketing Staff
- Willing to render extended working hours, during holidays or weekends,
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Doing quotations for clients
- arrange, coordinate, and handle all meetings. Such as scheduling; drafting agendas; developing, compiling, and distributing presentation materials; and recording meeting minutes.
- Prioritizes inquiries and requests; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Maintain professionalism, and strict confidentiality, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
- Manage information flow and distribution of correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system in the Office of the Marketing Dept.
